By accessing or using the PCD Industrial website (pcd-flowmeter.com) or purchasing products and services from PCD Industrial ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms govern: (i) use of this website; (ii) purchase of products; (iii) provision of calibration and other technical services. Additional terms may apply to specific products or services and will be presented at the point of purchase or engagement.

Product Descriptions We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including specifications, dimensions, and performance data. However, we reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice where such changes improve performance or comply with regulatory requirements.

Quotations All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless explicitly included in the quote.

Orders Orders are accepted subject to availability and our written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion. Title to goods passes to the buyer on full receipt of payment.

Calibration Services Calibration work orders are governed by the scope, standards, and turnaround times specified in the accepted work order. Certificates are issued in accordance with NABL accreditation requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Domestic orders: 50% advance with order, balance before dispatch
• Export orders: 100% advance via wire transfer or confirmed Letter of Credit
• Calibration services: Full payment before certificate release

Overdue invoices attract interest at 18% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold shipment for accounts with outstanding balances.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic transactions. Export transactions may be denominated in USD or EUR as agreed in the quotation.

Standard Warranty PCD Industrial products carry a 24-month warranty from the date of dispatch against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage The warranty covers repair or replacement (at our discretion) of defective components. It does not cover: - Damage from improper installation, operation outside rated parameters, or physical damage - Normal wear and consumable parts (seals, batteries) - Damage caused by corrosive media beyond specified ratings - Unauthorised modifications or repair attempts

Warranty Claims Contact our service team at service@pcd-flowmeter.com with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We will issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Goods must be returned freight prepaid in appropriate packaging.

Calibration Certificates Calibration certificates carry no warranty on the continued performance of the instrument after the certificate issue date. Recalibration at appropriate intervals is the customer's responsibility.

Maximum Liability Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms, a product, or service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Excluded Losses We shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from use of the product outside its rated specifications.

Exceptions Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our products may be subject to Indian and international export control regulations. By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

• You will not export, re-export, or transfer products to any country subject to Indian or UN sanctions without appropriate authorisation
• You will comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations
• The end-use of purchased products will not be for the development of weapons of mass destruction

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required import licences or approvals in their country of import.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, product images, technical documentation, software, and trademarks — is the property of PCD Industrial or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission. The PCD Industrial name and logo are registered trademarks.

Technical documentation provided with purchased products is licensed for use with those products only and may not be shared with competitors or used to develop competing products.

Permitted Use You may use our website for lawful purposes to research products, request quotes, and access technical information.

Prohibited Activities You may not: use automated scraping tools to extract data; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems; transmit malicious code; use the site to infringe third-party intellectual property; or impersonate PCD Industrial or our personnel.

Availability We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes affecting existing customer relationships, we will provide reasonable notice by email where we hold your contact details.
